HOW DO WE GET PAID WEEKLY
A. Through BONUSES
We have six different bonuses in Longrich
- Referral Bonus 6000f - 60.000 FCFA
- Performance bonus 8-12%
- Development bonus 10%
- Leadership bonus 45%
- Repeat order Bonus : 4,5%
- Retail Order bonus: 50%
Note: PV stands for Product Value. This is the numerical value that Longrich attaches to every SINGLE unit of each product that Longrich offers. The numerical value differs from product to product. So each time you purchase a product, Longrich adds the value of that product to your accumulated PV.
1. REFERRAL BONUS
- FOR 24000 FCFA_ COMBO, YOU GET FROM
- 1st Generation = 6000 FCFA
- 2nd Generation = 1440 FCFA
- 3rd Generation = 2880FCFA
NB: If you sponsor 10 people you get, 6000x 10= 6.0000FCFA
- FOR 90000_ COMBO (QSilver Entry Level)
- 1st Generation = 18000f.
NB: If you sponsor 10 people, you get 18000x 10= 18.0000FCFA
- FOR 150000_ COMBO (Silver Entry Level)
- 1st Generation = 30000
NB: If you sponsor 10 people, you get 30000x 10= 300.000FCFA
- FOR 330000_ COMBO
- 1st Generation = 60000
NB: If you sponsor 10 people, you get 60000x 10= 600.000FCFA
2) PERFORMANCE BONUS
It is paid on your 2 weak legs and it is based on your entry level.
For an entry level of
- Stock of 150000FCFA = 8%
- Stock of 300000FCFA = 10%
- Stock of 800000FCFA= 12%*
- Stock of 1.7million = 12% + 1% global sales per month

Let's use leg A, B and C as an example.

Let's assume Phindi is currently a Platinum VIP member (12%) and she has 3 legs:
Leg 1 = 2000pvs
Leg 2 = 3000pvs
Leg 3 = 500 pvs
That's her weekly performance. In this case - leg 1 and leg 3 is considered to be her weak leg for that particular week. Therefore your performance bonus will be derived from leg 1 and 3 which is 2000 + 500 = 2500. What is 12% of 2500? Its 300pvs. We take 300pvs x600 = 180000FCFA. Your performance bonus for that particular week will be 180000FCFA .
Question will be why do we multiply with 600FCFA? We could have used 500FCFA which is our current exchange rate -however because the exchange rate fluctuate every day the company decided to use a standard rate which is 600FCFA= 1$ =1pv
3. DEVELOPMENT BONUS
Development Bonus is set at 10% for all. How do we calculate that? Still considering Phindi above, We will calculate 10% of (2500pvs x 600) which is 150.000FCFA
4) LEADERSHIP BONUS
Leadership Bonus is based on your sponsored Tree. Let's say I have introduced Tindra into the business and Tindra earns 1 million FCFA per week. My leadership bonus will be 10% what Tindra earns every thursday and 5% of her 1st generation. If she earns 1million FCFA, I get 10% of it every week which equals 100.000FCFA
Let's assume Brian is her 1st generation with of an income of 500,000FCFA. Then it means I am entitle to 5% of 500000 FCFA which equals 25.000FCFA. This means in a week I earn 125.000FCFA from Tindra and her first generation, Brian. Leadership Bonus is up to 45%/monthly. This is where the magic in Longrich lies. Its total wealth creation. The more you recruit and place under your team. They more money you will make.
5) RETAIL ORDER BONUS (Maintenance Bonus)
It is 4.5% of 30pvs = $1.35 monthly
For Example:
Let’s say you have 2000 team members and each member does a 30PVs retail order that month
2000 members x $1.35 = big money. What’s fascinating is the fact that we all get paid.
B. TROUGH INCENTIVES INCENTIVES
