Ecobank, the Pan-African Bank, seeks a dynamic Merchant Services Manager to lead our expansion in Douala, Cameroon.
Your Mission:
- Strategically deploy and commercialize Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions.
- Collaborate with our Corporate and Commercial Bank teams to implement the Ecobank Collect channel.
- Oversee regional collections across the CEMAC sub-region.
Your Profile:
- Education: Advanced degree in Finance, MBA, or a relevant technical field.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (high bilingual proficiency preferred).
- Experience: 5-7 years in development/management with a proven track record of success. Exceptional interpersonal, execution, and technical skills.

- Strong interpersonal and sales abilities
- Self-motivated with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and attention to detail
Additional Language Skills:
Knowledge of languages spoken in other CEMAC countries is a plus.
